The journey we took to create our values was supported by the cultural transformation experts, Barrett Values Centre, and our final value selection truly reflects the feedback of almost 2,000 of our colleagues from across all the amazing companies that make up the Advantage Smollan family.

Our journey involved us listening to our people to understand the values that were most important to them personally as well as the values that they most wanted to see in their workplace, we then consulted with them to describe the associated behaviors that bring our values to life and make them authentic.
