ABInBev (ABI), is a multi-national drink and brewing company with approximately 630 beer brands in 150 countries.
Over and above providing a field sales team for ABI in the Netherlands, they also wanted Hamilton Bright to provide detailed insights into the performance of the field sales teams on the supermarket floor.
Hamilton Bright provided merchandising services as well as insight through a real-time, action-minded dashboard. The dashboard provided insight into the performance of the field service as well as the performance of individual stores. The dashboard provided both a macro view (how the entire project is performing) as well as a micro view (store level performance) allowing the team to identify where improvements could be made.
The dashboard was used by both ABI and Hamilton Bright – it was available and transparent for the entire team. Everyone had access to it and could analyse and improve their own district. It created efficiency for everyone as there was no need to be continuously updating spreadsheets. The implementation of the dashboard brought everyone 30% efficiency in back-office hours.
