Apple is known the world over for its retail experience. Apple briefed 4P&P to oversee the care of Apple premises in designated Datart, Electroworld and NAY stores in the Czech Republic and Slovakia through the Apple Brand Advocate program.
4P&P provide a two-part service:
- A team of brand advocates to individual stores, where they take care of the limited space for Apple products.
- The iPro team provides brand advocacy at key Alza.sk stores and providing sales support. Apple products and technologies to ensure the highest level of sales service.
The teams remain in close contact with store managers in order to respond quickly to changing trends and customer requirements.
