Brands invest heavily in understanding how shoppers shop and how to merchandise their products to maximise spend. GSK wanted to make sure that their in-store planograms were compliant and executed quickly.

In over 2000 hypermarkets in Germany the team of merchandisers from FMS were able to relay fixtures and make sure that the planograms were implemented perfectly to fit the stores. This is sometimes more challenging that you would expect with different footprints and busy stores.

The team carried out all of the visits on time and in full and achieved compliance to planograms in over 96% of stores.
