On the surface, Molson Coors and Haribo are worlds apart in terms of their product offers. However, both businesses had a shared ambition to deliver their core range to as many stores as possible within the convenience sector.

Powerforce were able to use their expertise to unite these brands and deliver a syndicated partnership which gave both brand owners increased outlet reach and the ability to execute their core strategy.

As a result, the partners were able to expand their reach into the sector by over 130%, drive distribution into over 21,000 retail outlets and presented a growth opportunity of 90,000 new distribution points over 2.5 years.
