Merchandisers and Presellers

Kompania Piwowarska was established in 1999 as a result of the merger of Tyskie Browary Książęce and Lech Browary Wielkopolski, creating one of the largest and most modern brewing companies in Poland. It has been part of the Japanese Asahi group since 2017.

In order to strengthen its position in the market, Kompania Piwowarska needed to reach smaller customers and increase their sales. PMI Combera has worked with Kompania Piwowarksa since 2009 to support their goal of driving sales in both existing and new clients.

A team of  presellers were responsible for building relationships with customers, collecting orders and conducting promotional activities. In 2017, Kompania Piwowarska and PMI Combera extended the project to include a group of Merchandisers who were responsible for point of purchase execution, brand standards in outlets as well as availability. In order to respond to the needs of the market in the summer, the core team was  supported flexibly, with seasonal employees who supported the year-round Merchandisers and Presellers. 

The team exceeded the targets for growth outlined at the start of the partnership and  in every subsequent year, and sales and product availability are still increasing to date.
