Lenovo is a multinational technology company specializing in designing, manufacturing, and marketing consumer electronics, personal computers, software, business solutions, and related services.
The Powerforce Lenovo Retail Development team conducted interactive hands-on training interactions with staff from consumer electronic stores across the UK & Ireland. This training was conducted on the shop floor coaching style, classroom based sessions and also at training roadshows events. All learning material was designed to meet varying learning styles and to ensure that each interaction had a learning outcome. Powerforce measured training impact through various assessment methods (test/learn, quizzes, observation etc.)
In addition, compliance was a key part of the role of a Lenovo Retail Development Executive, ensuring that the correct products were on display in the correct location, priced correctly with the right point of sale or displays in place. On-entry compliance averaged 74% and on-exit after the team visit compliance stood at 96%. All non-compliance was reported back through the Powerforce reporting system to give the client visibility to then follow through issues with the relevant retailer.
