Orkla is known the world over for its production of quality food.  Orkla briefed 4P&P to oversee the care of Orkla products and brands execution standards in chosen stores of the Modern and Traditional trade in the Czech Republic through the Merchandising team. 

4P&P provided a two-part service:

• The project and regional team ensured complete project and field management. They provided recruitment of merchandisers, relief merchandising and controlled visits at stores. 4P&P aimed for the highest level of service visit (98%+) for Orkla.
• The Merchandising team provided rack-jobbing, FIFO control, central and secondary placements execution and visit reports via the REX app. A very important part of their job was the development of a relationship with store staff.
