Previously Group HR Director at Walker Filtration, part of the Atlas Copco Group, she led global HR strategies driving growth, change, and high-performance cultures. In March 2025, Alix joined Advantage Smollan as Chief People Officer – Europe, working with teams across the region to build people-first strategies that enhance client-centricity and foster collaboration to ensure long-term success.
