Advantage Smollan companies REL and Powerforce have officially been named two of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing (2023) by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture!
Great Place to Work’s culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing people’s holistic experiences of well-being at work to determine the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety, and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
This award has been running for two years, and for Powerforce, this is the second consecutive year that they have received recognition for workplace wellbeing, seeing them ranked #95 in the medium-sized companies category.
For REL, this is also the second time they have received recognition for their outstanding well-being initiatives. And this year they improved their rating from #42 to #28 in the large-sized companies’ category! It’s also important to note that before the creation of this award, REL was recognised as a Great Place to Work Centre of Excellence for Wellbeing from 2018 – 2021. This gives REL an amazing 5-years of recognition in total for their Well-being programmes.
